Full-length rides, with optional 15-minute post-class intensives.

The experience
The RHyde Room brings precision, atmosphere, and meaningful connection to every visit—without the noise of a large-format gym.
A 45–60 minute instructor-led cycling class shaped for a twelve-bike room: immersive, attentive, and exacting.
A dedicated room for strength, mobility, and recovery—plus optional 15-minute intensives after select classes.
Weekdays begin at 5:30 a.m. and finish by 8 p.m., with Saturday morning classes. Express lunch rides will be added as demand warrants.
Locker rentals, curated studio merchandise, and Sunday instructor-led special rides complete the offering.
